Hi, just purchased a VS2000 with 3 exts but unable to get dial-tone from the main base unit. Carried out how to set everything up as per instructions but nothing, internal calls working fine. Used correct phone cable and charged phones for 24 hours before setting. Only thing i am dubious about is regardless which phone i placed in the base unit 'charging' light is constantly on and phone has been charging since 3 days?
Any ideas or anyone phone of any number who i can call for help?
