Hi,

can anyone quickly tell me how long the NTL broadband service that costs ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£24.99 has been 2mbps? I originally signed up for NTL years ago when the ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£24.99 was for something like 500kbps, then automatically got upgraded to 1mbps & ages ago got a letter saying I was being upgraded to 2mbps. All good but I've just realised that I'm still on 1mbps due to having an old PACE stb. So I want to know how long I've been paying too much for my broadband so I can get a refund!

Plus a new stb.

I'm in the north Manchester area which I think uses the Bromley system?
