Any of the 4 ports together on the back of the router and to the port on your laptop (if it has built in wireless I imagine it will have built in ether).

192.168.1.1 and your user id and password to log in.

If that does not do it then pressing the reset button until the router restarts will also fix this (and drop any other settings you may have chosen).
