No (well so few it is almost no) routers use USB. You will connect the SB5100 to the router by ethernet and then have an ethernet cable from the router to your PC, now if your widgit is an ether > USB widgit then you just use it there, but you would be better spending £2.50 on an ethernet card for your PC. They are really easy to fit and you are highly unlikely to break your PC doing so.
