I think some firewalls tend to aggravate problems with ATI CCC- even if you hadn't already mentioned it, I would have asked, as it surely is the nightmare beast under .Net

No problem using a .net based torrent client, so long as you close the app before shutdown - it seems to be an application close issue.

PS. I have Catalyst 6.1 running under .Net 2.0 ONLY (1.1 uninstalled), and so far, it seems to be behaving itself, though this particular bug seems to be somewhat random in onset.

If you have the ATI tray icon as well, try turning the tray icon off - if not, try turning it on - YES, it IS that flaky, any slight change can trip it or clear it.

PS. Are you using a firewall other than the standard Windows one?
