I'm in a similar situation. Since cancelling my Ntl digital tv my bill should of dropped from ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£21.50 to ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£10.50 for just the phone line, however i was last billed ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£21.50 on the 4th November 2005 and haven't been billed anything since!

I guess i should phone them up ?
