Hope someone can help,because I have no idea what to do next.Back in October ,I was assisted by this forum ,in resolving most of my issues with Ntl.After contacting this forum a manager got in touch & resolved most of the problems.In November I was handed over to another manager & nothing has really happened since.Apart from the situation detioriating furthur
I have not had a reply from this manager for over a month & am now being asked for backdated phone rental & my broadband has been downgraded.,albeit at a lower cost.
Hope someone can help finally resolve this this matter
