Was wondering if one of you kind NTL workers could help me out, as this its not getting fixed.
Just had a independant collections agency call after no payment, after a 5min discussion with them about the bill, i was politely told it will go on my credit report, as late payment, and around 70% are NTL fault, are down to there billing system being totally Fooked.
i called NTL too only hear some BS from a CS rep.
Anyone help...
