We all pay for our connection so why shouldn't people take advantage of it, it sounds very nice what you are saying but it is just too unrealistic. Tiscali or any other isp that advertises their server as unlimited then complains about dl usage at certain times should re-word their marketing. Yes im glad im not with them otherwise they would of got an email off me as well.
