Just in case you're still after more info, I'm also experiencing these problems since the latest firmware upgrade (I'm on the 10Mbit service, and my CM says it's using firmware ntlhm120_ntl0003.cpr)
CM Model: ntl:home 120
First 6 MAC digits: 00:D0:59
