Re: router doesnt save settings

Ok if your on NTL broadband, 99% of the time you dont need to input any values into the router. (Except for Wireless Encryption).

Try this.

Power down PC, Router and Modem (Or STB)

Power up modem (Or STB). Wait for lights to stabalize.

Power up Router. Wait 1 min

Power up PC.

If you have a Cable modem, you should be online. Unless you have entered some info into the routers config, in which case you may need to use the reset switch on the back. If you have a STB, open internet explorer and type start.ntl in the address bar. Follow from there

Should work.
