I know you're referring to copyright law. But OFCOM says it is not copyright law that is relevant here, it's telecoms law. That's why Neil and I have been saying you're wrong - you're using the wrong law to arrive at your conclusions. However, if you can cite me the section of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act that refers to recording of telephone conversations, I'll stand corrected.
