No you wouldn't need ethernet with that set up. To a point.
It has a USB adaptor which is the part that hooks to the PC (via USB), the router connects to the BB feed by the ethernet cable coming out of your SACM or STB. The problem you may have with that combination is that it may not work out of the box and you may need to connect the router physically to the PC to set it up but we can address that problem if it occurs.
