It's quite simple - you can virtualy "plug and play" but you need to read the manual to add that extra bit of security to stop Joe Public using you net connection!
I have a
Linksys WRT54G Wireless-G Broadband Router (Amazon UK Link) and it's excellent!
Don't forget you need a Wireless PCI or USB adapter for other PC's.
