Having spoken to Ben & Ash earlier, I have established a few facts, & here are a few points that people may be interested in....

1) The decision to suspend Frank's account on here was taken about 6pm last night, & was nothing to do with yesterday's downtime.

2) It was Ash's mistake that the original thread was deleted (rather than just removed while the abusive content was removed) He just did it in the heat of the moment rather than ask one of us to deal with it, & his lack of knowledge of VBulletin allowed him to delete it.

3) Myself & Ben will continue to run .com, as we feel we have the experience & knowledge to do so (it is my belief that the team here has alwyas run the site anyway) & at the end of the day-I would hate to see what Frank started (I.E a site to help customers) go to waste.

4) I have not discussed who will/won't replace Frank, & as far as I'm concerned the site stays open with us running it.

5) I have spoken to Frank briefly this afternoon, & would like to stress that he has put me under no pressure whatsoever to resign/stay etc-although as a friend I fully support Frank in what he does, & what he is currently going through.

6) I hope I have addresses people's concerns, please understand also what a hard time this has been for us-I logged on this morning to find all hell breaking loose because of someone's mistake with VBulletin.

7) I genuinely want the site to remain open & believe it 'could' be a site that revolutionises the way online help is given, but I will not allow ntl to dictate to me, as I feel I know the site's members far better than they do.

That's it really, please be patient, & if anyone posts a question-don't start $lagging me off because I don't reply straight away-I do have a life & a job away from this site (believe it or not!)
