this is what I just got for mine (Stoke-on-Trent area) supposedly 3Mb/10Mb (not sure anymore what I'm on)
1st 512K took 2953 ms = 173.4 KB/sec, approx 1429 Kbps,
1.4 Mbps
2nd 512K took 3484 ms = 147 KB/sec, approx 1211 Kbps,
1.18 Mbps
3rd 512K took 2000 ms = 256 KB/sec, approx 2109 Kbps,
2.06 Mbps
4th 512K took 3094 ms = 165.5 KB/sec, approx 1364 Kbps,
1.33 Mbps
Overall Average Speed = approx 1528 Kbps,
1.49 Mbps
For 37.99 a month this is disgraceful and I'm sick of waiting around for it to be sorted. I shall be switching to another ISP if it hasn't been resolved by the end of this week
