Yup, connected alone they all do the same dropout thing. I took the liberty of formatting a spare HD and put a bare Windows XP installation on it, the only thing I installed on this was the graphics and ethernet driver but the same problem occurred when connected straight to the cable modem. Seems the problem stems from the speed upgrade everyone is getting from NTL.
I just don't understand where the problem is coming from, although I will reiterate my pinging default gateway problem ^^
