Just rang up to swap mine, and were told that I need to speak with sales?
Now been on hold for over 10 minutes, then 'I'll just put you through' and the line goes dead, well silent, so I'm still waiting - I'll give it 5 and then call back

Well, I called back, and indeed I was through to the right department, however, there system is down and can't change the billing. I've been told to call back later.
That's probably why I was fobbed off in the first place.
