Must have been an asian guy who works in the UK call centre then. I just took it as being India due to the accent. Thanks for the offer, just on hold in a 10 minute queue at the moment, so I'll see what they say first.

Got it sorted again, although the woman on the phone didn't seem to know what I was on about with this discount at first, or that there was different types of billing depending where you are (like we get a seperate TV bill, and another for phone and internet combined).
She's adjusted the figure for the direct debit (again), and says it's showing as being right on the system so she can't see why it's going wrong each month.
Just have to hope it's right again next month because this is becoming a pain having to sit in a queue for ages, and explain it all to someone new each time. Thanks again for the offer of looking into it.
