Yes, you can. I did it about 4 months ago. It's annoying they don't let you know there's a better package you could be on rather than taking more money from you. I just happened to spot it when I was looking on the website.

I have 2mb broadband, family pack TV and was on the 5p tariff for the phone. Bills were usually around £69 in total. Now they're £49.99 plus any call charges outside of the unlimited off peak...usually works aout about £58 in total.

Thing is I've had a problem with billing ever since. If you're on two seperate bills like we get (one for TV and one for Phone and Internet), then they give you an £11 discount which is the equivalent of being on the Value Pack. But out of 4 bills since I've changed, only once has it been right. I've had to phone up and go through the same rigmarole each month explaining to someone what's happened.

Phone bill has just come today, and it's wrong again (this is the 4th I was on about). So now going to have to phone them again to get it put right.

It wouldn't be so bad, but I got the Indian call centre last time so was expecting hassle after what I've read on here. But the guy we very helpful, spoke decent english, and assured me he'd deleted it off, and done the whole thing again so it shouldn't go wrong in future...so he said. Off to phone them again now. :S
