The real killer there is that they are talking about it like it is the kind of performance you might actually see. You won't even on an absolutely flawless line that's 1 inch long.

Anyway, I didn't think there was anything dodgy about an ISP using the catch-all get-out-words 'up to'.

On that page though, look at the photomontage at the top, and then tell me how many different people you can see across all the photos. I suspect this ISP is not a big operation. Customer services could be interesting once they have more than a few dozen subs.
