What would be appropriate?, I do feel a solidarity with Frank & Neil - what is the best way the customers they have helped could tell the NTL board how we feel?

yeah i feel the same......i spent a LOT of time with frank and neil, considering we had 8hours worth of travelling.......frank is a complete gem and it pee's me off the way he's being treated......
but what can we do other than whinge and whinge till they put him back! or start a "bring back frank" thread lol
