having met Frank, recently, during which I couldn't help thinking he is a thoroughly decent bloke, I would be quite prepared to boycott *.com in protest at his treatment? - that may be putting neil etc out on a limb - and having met Neil I wouldn't want to upset him, either. ( cos you are also a good bloke)
What would be appropriate?, I do feel a solidarity with Frank & Neil - what is the best way the customers they have helped could tell the NTL board how we feel?
