Well I've just done it - was paying 53.99 for 1MB, Family Pack and telephone w/talk plan. Am now paying less (49.99) for the same but broadband gone to 2MB.

Done with no hassle and Broadband speed changed within minutes, thanks to a very helpful Chris in the customer services dept (accounts I think)
