As I metnioned I was asking him a few questions to verify the bill was right, if the prices were going down and so forth but he had already cut me off - I am guessing they want to get people off the phone ASAP to get the next Caller / Go Home. If he had stuck around and give me some answers, NTL would have been £10 / £13 richer per month but never mind - Job done now !!
I waited 20 Mins to get through (Thank god for Hands Free) and chatted for less than 2 mins if that. Def was not going to wait in the queue again to be honest...
