The Bill though Covers Jan - Feb 2006, so the price is def £37.99 till at least Feb 11th by the Bill I got. The Only reason I kept the 10Mbit was on the grounds it was going down in my perception in jan 2006, as it has not cannot see the point of Paying an Extra £13 a month for the Speeds to be low->High but in fact I can pay £13 Less and hit 236KB/Sec on most downloads and also without worrying about the said Cap thing.
