As mentioned elsewhere I am also getting terrible speeds on my 10meg line now. In fact with packet loss browsing is worse than when I was on the 2 meg service.
I just hope that NTL get to the bottom of this soon before I decide to switch providers - which I am loathe to do as I prefer cable to adsl, but needs must and all that
