I understand how imtimidating they can be, but I am also a youth and I do not count myself as among them. Most youths have equal fear and annoyance at these gangs but this system is simply clumping all of them in one big group.

Sorry Damien but you just aren't going to be finding gangs of OAP's hanging outside the local late night opening store..Most are tucked up in bed at that time.
