Keithb-Those are very good results for the STB.Make sure when you get your SACM you get the pin number,i was on the phone for a long time,the letter came 3 days later.I suggest you get the pin number first.

Sage013-Are you on the 10 mbit package?You can find out by pressing,page up,page down,then blue on the remote control.You should see under QOS-Bund 03.cm,not High.cm.
