It probably would be more straight forward if the light was off. Flashing does suggest its trying to lock on but failing to get the signal.

Plus itÃƒÆ’Ã‚Â¢ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚Â ¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚Â¢s probably be best to phone when you are having the problem.
