As for my quest to get a free SACM, I've not managed to get through to ntl again yet. there's only so long I'll hold on the phone for. I'll be trying again on Monday

I'm upgrading... I was on 3mb for about 4 months at the beginning of last year but didn't feel the extra speed at that time over 2mb was really worth the cost.
