Anyone else thinking that giving the bottom tiers unlimited downloads was Plan B - instead of moving everyone up to 10MB, which was the original plan.

I don't think NTL anticipated all the grief they got with moving the 3MB users up to 10MB.

Dicks. I was looking forward to 10MB. Probably see it sometime next year.
