I would think the steam may be condensing on the dish which could be affecting your signal issue. Check it again today and see what the strength and quality are and if they are still low ring Sky and complain as the installer may have installed it in a stupid place. Could it have been placed higher or in a different site on the wall away from the boiler vent?
