If NTL install the modem next to the STB it sometimes looses signal,but i doubt its that.It will be really easy to install they shouldnt need to renew the cabling at all!,If you have any concerns just ask the engineer when he comes.All ntl engineers are very polite and helpfull. As long as your STB isnt chipped
u should get a long fine. Are you still wanting to keep your STB connected to your TV? The most theyll do is just feed of your main cable,which takes bowt 2 seconds.LOL
