normally they send someone round for to speak to you and then give you the hard sell
and if anyone does get a sales guy in, ask for a day or two to think about it, with the documentation.
note some of the promises they tell you, as most of them are lies, and most CT students have complained endlessly about. CT said they would review their sales technique
