Actually first of all try it with JUST the svideo lead plugged in as im not sure if the lead carries sound with it, im pretty sure it doesnt however try first just to make sure. If you get sound with just the svideo lead plugged in you dont need to plug in any of the phonos. If you get no sound then plug in the white/red ones.
