Download and install Style XP. (You can get the 30 day trial). You can then uninstall it and get themes from deviantart.

I realise that it sounds strange, but it modifies a dll which allows you to add more themes yourself and you do not need stylexp after that.
Oh dear. I tried that and after uninstalling the themes don't work anymore.
