lets be honest now if there touting the lines as 10mg then 10mg they should be not UPTO 10mg thats clearly misleading joe public into thinkin there gonna get a 10mg line and to be honest most people on here i have seen dont get 10mg BW for sure a lot are getting sub 3mg what they used to have so crappy ntl need to get there finger outta there backsides and deliver the correct speeds,on top of that they also need to sort out CS like giving them the correct information so they at least can seem like they understand
and to answer the question of its xmas it will be busy and you wont get the speed...easy answer there DONT tout those damm speeds if the network cant deliver them ffs
