Its pretty sad that nearly 30 days after receiving the "Good News your going to 10Mb" letter some CS people still think its a "trial" for a selected few. This is what I was told when I called 3 weeks ago.

I have rebooted the Samsung STB several times and still on 3Mb. Its now 28th December. I'd call CS again but what's the point? And I refuse to pay ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£50!!

Used to get 3.06Mb on the speed tests but lately its between 2 and 2.75. I wish NTL would get its support act together BEFORE announcing upgrades as it just makes them look like arses. Don't they have internal memos????

Is it worth going the retention route?
