I have a surfboard modem SB4100 I would love to upgrade to the new 10meg connection...
firstly NTL say it will not handle the 10 meg conection

Secondly tNTL say they require a ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£50 payment off me to upgrade the modem and would require mine in return..

question is why after all these years of being a customer do they kick you in the back and ask for more money when there equipment is at fault not mine

why if they want us to upgrade do we have to pay extra?????
