First thing to do is make sure you aren't specifying a proxy in the Internet Explorer options, connection, lan settings tab. At the moment you aren't getting any data from the router.
Have you tried turning the power off to everything (shut down the PC first)
Power up the SACM
wait for lights to settle
power up router
wait for lights to settle
power up PC
open IE and try to access the IP address stated
