just thought i would let ya know what happenend to me after looking here at all the pay £50 for modem upgrade etc
i rang retentions they credited my account with the £50 and were going to do me upgrade on the 23rd unfortunately im at work so there now doing it on the 29th only annoying thing about it is that everytime you ring them to say about changing it or getting a different time/date they say *you do realise theres a £50 charge for this...yeah yeah of course there...isnt sheesh
