Now that's just plain weird because the form at that URL suggests you should only fill it in if you want to pay £50 for a new STB/SACM????
I rang last week to be told - "its rolling out and your STB will be upgraded (well to 5 anyway) automatically". Mind you there's not many working days in December left and the letter said "During December"....
I remain......with hope....and on 3meg....
