I doubt you will get much of a service for that.
You might be lucky and get a cgi hit counter.
Most people would want php and sql as a minimum, and if you have to e-mail support of every server conf file change, its easier to do it yourself, and you learn more..
I use Suse to host my servers, as it was my 1st foray into linux, very user friendly (read idiot proof). It manages my 1.6Gb SQL database, and a few vhosts, irc, and 3 ftp servers with no problems and has only been offline when I had a power outage and when my router needed replacement. I dont think I have 'had to' reboot the system since installing it about 3 months ago.
