I phoned them to be upgraded, but was told that as I'd already filled in the
www.ntlworld.com/stb page, that's all I needed to do (i.e they wouldn't hit the box with the new config).
I just kept rebooting (i.e. turn off power)the STB every day, and finally got the new config file seen in the 'up' 'down' 'blue' summary menu.
