When i phoned to cancel my TV (i am moving to Sky+ in January) as i need a pvr and NTL do not provide one, I was not offered any of these fantastic offers others say they have been given. All i was asked was"which day do you want it removed ?". I would not have taken any offer anyway as i want and need a pvr, A reduction or special offer would not have given me that.

I do not agree with all these offers that seem to be out there. Why should someone be able to phone up and SAY they want to leave and then be showerd with offers.

A customer is a customer if they have been with NTL for 1 day or 6 years and therfor everyone should have the same.
