Two ntl guys came out today, they couldn't find a fault from the road to our house so they gave us a new modem (ntlhome 250). Seems ok so far, probably cost me ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£10 in phone calls to tech support though. :/
