What change of plan ? There has been nothing to suggest any plan has changed - by the end of 2006 there should be 3 x 10 meg options plus the lower speed unlimited options.
BTW - we have been informed today that all STB customers on 3 meg should have had their configs updated for the 10 meg service last night (a re-boot may be necessary). This doesn't change the fact that they may not physically get the full 10 meg download, but they should get the full 512K upload.
