I too have just had a SACM installed today instead of the STB broadband.
Engineers came and installed me modem in 5 minutes.. Took another 4 damn hours to get it working. No-one in the UK could help me, 3 calls later ,and some geeza in India sorted me out! No queues there either! Whats wrong with the world
Also: 2 engineers came, an NTL and an ex-telewest. They didn't know a THING about 10MB on NTL (fastest they thought was 1MB), only the telewest engineer said about the 10MB unlimited cap on telewest for £20 something. Oh dear! But then again, they did get taken over
