Hey guys,

I want to ask NTL to move my modem from 120 to 250, how can I go about this? Im sure I am getting problems due to the old 120 modem not being able to handle the 10mbit speeds, though the TS @ NTL reckon its my router, suprise suprise....

How would i go about getting a 250 modem, I suspect I'd have to get an engineer out which would cost me ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£25?
